The AVUS headquarter in Graz/Austria is not only where all channels for the administration of the AVUS-Network come together - it is also the heart of the whole IT-Department. Already in the early 1980's we recognized the need to optimize our workflow through the use of new IT and decided to develop our own enterprise software solution. By doing so, AVUS took at that time a leading role in the field of claims handling.
Today we still hold onto our basic IT principle of developing our own solutions. The individual services that we offer our customers demand individual IT solutions. Over the past decades we have constantly developed our system, not only to be up-to-date, but also to provide a better service to our customers.
